I'll be your Guide in bringing these teachings into all aspects of your life. I'm passionate about creating impact and transformation... and these are the best tools that I've come across to do so. Joy versus Happiness
If we're going to open our highest Joy, there's an important distinction to draw between Joy and happiness. Joy is a state of being and connects to our true purpose. It flows from the very core of one's being and radiates out into the world. It's not just an emotion, it's a profound state of awareness and alignment with the divine.
We refer to happiness as the shadow version of Joy. Happiness is based on something being there or not for you to be happy. It is transitory in its essence and a distraction that does not serve one walking the path of the highest Light. The pursuit of this kind of happiness has caused a great deal of pain in the world. One interested in maintaining a more positive state should focus more on Joy.
